We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We will send confirmation of the refund to your email address. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We are not responsible for any Bank Interest accrued during the return or refund process. If more than 15 business days have passed since approved return confirmation, contact us immediately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. "Remember most of our items are meant to look like they have wear and tear".
Exchanges
Contact us via email stating that you would like to exchanging an item. Purchase a new item from our store and We will send a return label with the new item. Once the return is accepted, we will issue you a credit towards the method of payment. If a replacement is not in stock, do not worry. It may take a little extra time but a replacement can be made.
Warranty
